Dates. If any date set forth in this Agreement for the delivery of any document or the happening of any event (such as, for example, the expiration of the Inspection Period or the Closing Date) should, under the terms hereof, fall on a non-Business Day, then such date shall be extended automatically to the next succeeding Business Day.
