Day and Working Day Sample Clauses

Typically, it clarifies whether days refer to calendar days or exclude weekends and public holidays, and may specify the local time zone or jurisdiction for counting days. This clause ensures that deadlines, notice periods, and other time-sensitive obligations are calculated consistently, reducing ambiguity and potential disputes over timing.
