Day Staffing Sample Clauses

The Day Staffing clause defines the terms and conditions under which personnel are provided to perform work during daytime hours. Typically, this clause outlines the specific hours considered as 'daytime,' the roles or positions covered, and any requirements for minimum staffing levels or qualifications during these periods. It may also address how absences or substitutions are handled for day shifts. The core function of this clause is to ensure that adequate and qualified staff are available during key operational hours, thereby maintaining service levels and operational efficiency.
