DBE SUBSTITUTION OR REPLACEMENT. a. The Consultant shall not terminate a DBE Subconsultant listed in the SOQ or in the Consultant or Subconsultant DBE Affidavit submitted with each approved Task Order without the prior written approval by the State. b. If a Subconsultant is terminated, or fails to complete its work on this Contract for any reason, the Consultant shall make a good faith effort to find another DBE to perform at the least the same amount of work under the Contract as the DBE that was terminated, to the extent needed to meet the DBE commitment percentage established in this Contract.
