DCC’S GENERAL OBJECTIVES. 2.1 The Contractor acknowledges that, under the SEC and DCC Licence, the DCC is required to comply with the General Objectives set out in Licence Condition 5 “General Objectives of the Licensee”. 2.2 The Contractor shall, in so far as the Agreement leaves any discretion as to how to perform its obligations under this Agreement: 2.2.1 perform its obligations under this Agreement in such a manner as to enable the DCC to comply with the General Objectives; and
