Common use of DDI Warrantees and Representations Clause in Contracts

DDI Warrantees and Representations. During the term of this Contract, 300 DDI warrants, represents and covenants that all information provided or submitted to the 301 City regarding the proposed use of all the City Funds being granted by the City to DDI 302 pursuant to this Contract for described programs shall be accurate and true. DDI 303 represents that it is an organization described by Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal 304 Revenue Code and that it has provided the City with a valid, un-revoked letter from the 305 Internal Revenue Service that it is such an organization. 306
