DDR Property Sample Clauses

The DDR Property clause defines the ownership, use, or handling of data, documents, or records (DDR) within a contractual relationship. Typically, this clause specifies which party retains rights to the DDR generated or exchanged during the course of the agreement, outlines any restrictions on use or disclosure, and may address requirements for returning or destroying such materials upon contract termination. Its core practical function is to ensure clarity and prevent disputes regarding the control and disposition of important information assets, thereby protecting the interests of both parties.
