Common use of De-certification of Shares and exchange of Certificates above the Minimum Interest Clause in Contracts

De-certification of Shares and exchange of Certificates above the Minimum Interest. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement or in the Conditions of Administration, a de-certification of Shares and the related exchange of Certificates for corresponding Shares requested by a Holder shall require no further approval, permission, resolution or notice period, but without prejudice to Sections 7.02 (d) and 8.01 and shall promptly be effected by the AK to the extent after such exchange, the Holders of each Class hold at least the Minimum Interest. Subsequent to such Transfer to the relevant Holder, such Shares shall cease to be subject to this Agreement, except as provided under Section 4.06. Such Certificates shall immediately and automatically cease to exist.
