Deactivated Clause Samples
The "Deactivated" clause defines the conditions under which a particular right, obligation, or functionality within an agreement or system is suspended or rendered inactive. In practice, this clause may specify triggers such as non-compliance, expiration of a term, or the occurrence of certain events that result in the deactivation of a party's access, privileges, or responsibilities. Its core function is to provide a clear mechanism for pausing or ending specific contractual elements, thereby managing risk and ensuring that parties understand when and how certain provisions no longer apply.
