Severability; Headings If any portion of this Agreement is held invalid or inoperative, the other portions of this Agreement shall be deemed valid and operative and, so far as is reasonable and possible, effect shall be given to the intent manifested by the portion held invalid or inoperative. The paragraph headings herein are for reference purposes only and are not intended in any way to describe, interpret, define or limit the extent or intent of the Agreement or of any part hereof.
Interpretation Not Affected by Headings, etc The division of this Agreement into articles, sections and paragraphs and the insertion of headings are for convenience of reference only and shall not affect the construction or interpretation of this Agreement.
Headings for Convenience Only The division of this Agreement into articles and sections is for convenience of reference only and shall not affect the interpretation or construction of this Agreement.
Interpretation Not Affected by Headings The division of this Agreement into Articles, Sections, subsections and paragraphs and the insertion of headings are for convenience of reference only and shall not affect in any way the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement. Unless the contrary intention appears, references in this Agreement to an Article, Section, subsection, paragraph or Schedule by number or letter or both refer to the Article, Section, subsection, paragraph or Schedule, respectively, bearing that designation in this Agreement.
Effect of Headings and Table of Contents The Article and Section headings herein and the Table of Contents are for convenience only and shall not affect the construction hereof.

Headings and Pronouns The headings of the paragraphs in this Contract are for convenience only and do not affect the meanings or interpretation of the contents. Where appropriate, all personal pronouns used herein, whether used in the masculine, feminine or neutral gender, shall include all other genders and singular nouns used herein shall include the plural and vice versa.
