DEADLINE FOR CONDITIONS EFFECTIVE DATE. If for any reason the Closing Date has not occurred on or before November 30, 2002, or the Conditions Effective Date has not occurred on or before the 5th day after the Closing Date, then, unless otherwise agreed by all Lenders, the Aggregate Commitments shall terminate on and as of such date.
