Deal Agent and Collateral Agent in their Individual Capacities. The Deal Agent, the Collateral Agent and each of their respective Affiliates may make loans to, accept deposits from and generally engage in any kind of business with the Borrower or any Affiliate of the Borrower as though the Deal Agent or the Collateral Agent, as the case may be, were not the Deal Agent or the Collateral Agent, as the case may be, hereunder.
