Common use of Dealer Commissions Clause in Contracts

Dealer Commissions. You shall receive for each sale of shares of the Fund, except shares sold which are not subject to a contingent deferred sales charge, a commission in an amount equal to three and three-quarters (3 3/4) percent of the offering price of shares of the Fund sold multiplied by the number of shares of the Fund sold. The amount of the commission is subject to change by us without notice.

Dealer Commissions. You shall receive for each sale of shares of the Fund, except shares sold which are not subject to a contingent deferred sales charge, a commission in an amount equal to three and three-quarters four (3 3/44) percent of the offering price of shares of the Fund sold multiplied by the number of shares of the Fund sold; provided, however, that if the aggregate offering price of shares of the Fund sold is one million dollars ($1,000,000) or more, the commission is reduced to one (1) percent of the offering price multiplied by the number of shares sold. The amount of the commission is subject to change by us without notice.
