Dealer Memorandum and Other Document. Other than the information contained in Appendix of the Dealer Memorandum under the caption “ ,” the City shall not permit any Dealer to include any material or reference relating to the Bank or any financial information relating to the Bank in any offering memorandum or any other document or any tombstone, unless such material or reference or financial information is approved in writing by the Bank prior to its inclusion therein.
