Food and Beverage All food and beverages (alcoholic and non alcoholic) which are located at the Hotel (whether opened or unopened), or ordered for future use at the Hotel as of the Closing, including, without limitation, all food and beverages located in the guest rooms, but expressly excluding any alcoholic beverages to the extent the sale or transfer of the same is not permitted under Applicable Law (the “F&B”);
ARTISTES AND SPORTSPERSONS 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 7 and 14, income derived by a resident of a Contracting State as an entertainer, such as a theatre, motion picture, radio or television artiste, or a musician, or as a sportsperson, from his personal activities as such exercised in the other Contracting State, may be taxed in that other State.
2. Where income in respect of personal activities exercised by an entertainer or a sportsperson in his capacity as such accrues not to the entertainer or sportsperson himself but to another person, that income may, notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 7 and 14, be taxed in the Contracting State in which the activities of the entertainer or sportsperson are exercised.

When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits. Food and Beverages No Exhibitor shall sell or distribute food or beverages of any type without the express, written consent of Management and/or Center.
Escorting Visitors Visitors to areas where PHI COUNTY discloses to 4 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY is 5 contained shall be escorted and such PHI shall be kept out of sight while visitors are in the area.
