Dealing with Fiduciaries. To deal in any way with the fiduciary of the estate of any Beneficiary, the Purchaser, or the Provider or any trust or estate in which any Beneficiary, the Purchaser, or the Provider has an interest, although the Trustee is such fiduciary.
