DEALING WITH GENERAL PARTNER. In addition to any other provision contained in this Article Nine, the Partnership, each Partner and any other Person having business with the Partnership need deal only with General Partners named in the Partnership Certificate and shall not be required to deal with any other Person by reason of the death, legal incapacity, dissolution or bankruptcy of a Partner, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement or required by law.
