Dealing with Guarantees. The Agent, with the consent of all of the Lenders, may grant extensions of time or other indulgences, take and give up securities, accept compositions, grant releases and otherwise deal with the Borrowers and other parties and with security as the Agent may see fit, without prejudice to or in any way limiting the liability of the Borrowers under this Agreement or the other Documents.
