Common use of Dealing with Related Persons Clause in Contracts

Dealing with Related Persons. enter into any contract, carry out any transaction or otherwise have any dealings with Related Persons except (i) pursuant to and in accordance with the Material Agreements listed in Schedule 5.01(n) or (ii) on terms that are fair and reasonable and no less favourable to it than it would obtain in any comparable arm's length transaction with a Person that is not a Related Person; or

Dealing with Related Persons. enter into any contract, carry out any transaction or otherwise have any dealings with Related Persons except (i) pursuant to and in accordance with the Material Agreements listed in Schedule 5.01(n6.01(o) or (ii) on terms that are fair and reasonable and no less favourable to it than it would obtain in any comparable arm's length transaction with a Person that is not a Related Person; or;
