DEALING WITH THIS AGREEMENT. We may transfer, assign or charge to any other person this agreement or any or all of our rights or our duties under this agreement. You will be informed of any such transfer as soon as reasonably practicable unless there are no changes to the way in which your account will be serviced. Your legal rights will not be affected and your obligations will not be increased as a result.

DEALING WITH THIS AGREEMENT. (a) Acting reasonably, we may transfer, assign, novate or otherwise dispose of (a Dealing) of our rights and obligations under this Agreement (including any Security) in any way we determine and without reference to you. (b) We may disclose personal and credit information that we hold about you in connection with any such Dealing. You consent to such disclosure and agree to promptly sign anything and do anything we reasonably require you to do in relation to such Dealing. (c) However, any Dealing by us does not change or affect in any way your obligations to us under this Agreement. (d) Your rights under this Agreement are personal to you and you cannot transfer, assign, novate or otherwise dispose of or deal with them in any way.

DEALING WITH THIS AGREEMENT. This agreement is personal to ▇▇▇▇▇ International Limited and ▇▇▇▇▇ International Limited will not assign, charge or deal in any way with the benefit of this Agreement and the Developer will only execute the Lease in favour of it and it will personally accept the Lease and execute the counterpart of the Lease.
