Common use of Dealings in the Ordinary Course Clause in Contracts

Dealings in the Ordinary Course. Subject to Section 3.1 hereof and until the Charge becomes enforceable, the Debtor may dispose of or deal with the property and assets subjected to the floating charge and security interest created under Section 2.1(b) hereof in the ordinary course of business and for the purpose of carrying on the same, so that purchasers thereof or parties dealing with the Debtor take title thereto free and clear of such charge and security interest.
