Dealings with attorneys. The exercise of such power by or on behalf of the Security Agent shall not put any person dealing with the Security Agent upon any enquiry as to whether any Default has happened, nor shall such person be in any way affected by notice that no such event has happened, and the exercise by the Security Agent of such power shall be conclusive evidence of its right to exercise the same.
