Dealings With Debtor. It is expressly understood and agreed that, notwithstanding anything else contained in this Security Agreement, Secured Party may, for all purposes hereof deal solely with Debtors in connection therewith, and nothing herein or in any other loan document executed in connection herewith shall be construed so as to require dealings with, consent of or notice to any other parties or persons.
