Common use of Dealings with Government Clause in Contracts

Dealings with Government. (a) To have the exclusive right to represent the Owners in dealings with the Government or any other competent authority or any other person concerning the Land as a whole or the Common Parts, with power to bind all Owners as to any policy adopted, decision reached or action taken in relation to any such dealings.
