Dealings with Sanctioned Persons. For the past five years, neither Borrower nor any of its Subsidiaries has knowingly engaged in, or is now knowingly engaged in any dealings or transactions with any Person, or in any country or territory, that at the time of the dealing or transaction is or was, or whose government is or was, the subject of Sanctions.

Dealings with Sanctioned Persons. For the past five years, neither Borrower nor any of its Borrower’s Subsidiaries has have knowingly engaged in, or is now knowingly engaged in any dealings or transactions with any Person, or in any country or territory, that at the time of the dealing or transaction is or was, or whose government is or was, the subject of Sanctions.

For the past five years, neither Borrower Borrowers nor any of its their respective Subsidiaries has knowingly engaged in, or is now knowingly engaged in any dealings or transactions with any Person, or in any country or territory, that at the time of the dealing or transaction is or was, or whose government is or was, the subject of Sanctions.

For the past five years, neither Borrower nor any of its Subsidiaries Subsidiary Guarantor has knowingly engaged in, or is now knowingly engaged in any dealings or transactions with any Person, or in any country or territory, that at the time of the dealing or transaction is or was, or whose government is or was, the subject of Sanctions.

Dealings with Sanctioned Persons. For the past five years, neither any Borrower nor any of its a Borrower’s Subsidiaries has have knowingly engaged in, or is now knowingly engaged in any dealings or transactions with any Person, or in any country or territory, Person that at the time of the dealing or transaction is or was, or whose government is or was, was the subject of Sanctions, or with a Sanctioned Country.

For the past five years, neither Borrower nor any of its Xxxxxxxx’s Subsidiaries has have knowingly engaged in, or is now knowingly engaged in any dealings or transactions with any Sanctioned Person, or in any country or territorySanctioned Country, that at the time in each case, in violation of the dealing or transaction is or was, or whose government is or was, the subject of applicable Sanctions.
