Common use of DEALINGS WITH THE BORROWER Clause in Contracts

DEALINGS WITH THE BORROWER. The Lenders and their affiliates may accept deposits from, extend credit to and generally engage in any kind of banking, trust or other business with the Borrower, its Subsidiaries or any of their affiliates regardless of the capacity of the Lender hereunder.
