Common use of Dealings with the Property Clause in Contracts

Dealings with the Property. 8.1 Unless expressly permitted under paragraph 8.12 or by a Consent granted under paragraphs 8.2, 8.3 or 8.7 the Tenant shall not assign, underlet, charge, part with or share possession or occupation of all or any part of the Property nor hold the Property on trust for any other person.
