Death Before Termination Of Service. If the Director dies prior to the Director's Termination of Service, the deferred compensation benefit payable under this Agreement to the Director's Beneficiary shall be a monthly benefit in an amount equal to Five hundred dollars ($500.00) per month for a period of sixty (60) months. This benefit shall be payable on the first day of each month commencing with the month following the Director's death. If the Director's Beneficiary dies prior to receiving all such payments, then any remaining payments shall be paid to the Beneficiary's estate.
