Death; Disability; Resignation for Good Reason; Termination without Cause. If at any time during the Term the Executive’s employment with the Company is terminated due to his death, Disability, resignation for Good Reason or termination by the Company without Cause, the Executive shall be entitled to the payment and benefits set forth below only:
