Death; Disability; Voluntary Termination; Termination for Cause. If employment is terminated under Section 12(a), (b), (c), or (f) hereof, Executive shall receive: (1) his base salary through the date the Term of Employment ends, (2) any incentive compensation earned but not yet paid, and (3) reimbursement of expenses described in Section 6(d) hereof incurred but not yet reimbursed.
