Death During the Severance Period. If the Executive dies during the Severance Period, any unpaid amounts shall be paid to the Executive’s estate within ten (10) days following the Executive’s death. The Executive’s right to outplacement services described in Section 3.4 and continued participation in the life insurance and accident plans described in Sections 3.3 or 3.5 shall terminate as of the date of the Executive’s death.
