Common use of Death of Contractor Clause in Contracts

Death of Contractor. If either party defaults in the performance of this Agreement or materially breaches any of its provisions, the non-breaching party may immediately terminate this Agreement if such default is not cured by the breaching party within ten (10) business days after receipt of written notice specifying the default. Termination will take effect immediately on receipt of notice by the breaching party. For the purposes of this section, material breach of this Agreement includes, but is not limited to, the following:
