Death of Optionee. If the Optionee shall die while in the employ of the Company, Optionee's personal representative or the person entitled to Optionee's rights hereunder may at any time within six (6) months after the date of Optionee's death, or during the remaining term of this Option, whichever is the lesser, exercise this Option and purchase Shares to the extent, but only to the extent, that Optionee could have exercised this Option as of the date of Optionee's death; provided, in any case, that this Option may be so exercised only to the extent that this Option has not previously been exercised by Optionee.

Death of Optionee. In the event of termination of Optionee's Continuous Status as an Employee or Consultant as a result of the death of Optionee, the Option may be exercised at any time within twelve (12) months following the date of death (but in no event later than the date of expiration of the term of this Option as set forth in Section 10 below), by Optionee's estate or by a person who acquired the right to exercise the Option by bequest or inheritance, but only to the extent the Optionee could exercise the Option at the date of death.

To the extent that such Employee or Consultant was not entitled to exercise the Option at the date of death, or if such Employee, Consultant, estate or other person does not exercise such Option (which such Employee, Consultant, estate or person was entitled to exercise) within the one (1) year time period specified herein, the Option shall terminate; or, (ii) During the thirty (30) day period specified in Section 7 or the one (1) year period specified in Section 8, after the termination of Optionee's Continuous Status as an Employee or Consultant, the Option may be exercised, at any time within one (1) year following the date of death (but, in the case of an Incentive Stock Option, in no event later than the date of expiration of the term of the Option as set forth in Section 11 below), by Optionee's estate or by a person who acquired the right to exercise the Option by bequest or inheritance, but only to the extent of the right to exercise that had accrued at the date of termination. To the extent that such Employee or Consultant was not entitled to exercise the Option at the date of death, or if such Employee, Consultant, estate or other person does not exercise such Option (which such Employee, Consultant, estate or person was entitled to exercise) within the one (1) year time period specified herein, the Option shall terminate.
Death of Optionee. In the event of the death of an Optionee during, or within a period specified in the Option after the Termination of Employment, the Option may be exercised (to the extent the Optionee was entitled to exercise the Option at the date of death) by executor or administrator of the Optionee’s estate or by a person who acquired the right to exercise the Option by bequest, but only within six (6) months following the date of death. If, after death, the Option is not exercised as set forth in this Section 5(c), the Option shall terminate.
Death of Optionee. In the event of the death of Optionee during the term of this Agreement and while he is employed by the Company (or a subsidiary), or within three (3) months after the termination of his employment (or one (l) year in the case of the termination of employment of an Optionee who is disabled as provided in the Plan), this option may be exercised, to the extent that he was entitled to exercise it at the date of his death, by a legatee or legatees of Optionee under his last will, or by his personal representatives or distributees, at any time within a period of one (1) year after his death, but not after ten (10) years from the date hereof, and only if and to the extent that he was entitled to exercise the option at the date of his death.
