Death of Trustee. The rights and duties of the Trustee hereunder shall terminate on the death of an individual Trustee and no interest in any of the property owned or held by the Trustee nor any of the rights or duties of the Trustee may be transferred by will, devise, succession or in any manner except as provided in this Agreement. The heirs, administrators and executors of the Trustee shall, however, have the right to convey any property held by the Trustee to the successor Trustee.
