Common use of Death or Complete Disability Clause in Contracts

Death or Complete Disability. If Executive’s employment is terminated by death or Complete Disability as provided in Section 4(b)(1), the Company shall pay Executive’s accrued Base Salary and accrued and unused vacation benefits earned through the date of termination at the rate in effect at the time of termination (the “Accrued Obligations”) to Executive and/or Executive’s heirs, as applicable, and the Company shall thereafter have no further obligations to Executive and/or Executive’s heirs under this Agreement.

Death or Complete Disability. If Executive’s 's employment is shall be terminated by death or Complete Disability as provided defined in Section 4(b)(1)4.5.1, the Company shall pay Executive’s Executive his accrued Base Salary and accrued and unused vacation benefits earned through the date of termination at the rate in effect at the time of termination (the “Accrued Obligations”) to Executive and/or Executive’s heirs, as applicabletermination, and the Company shall thereafter have no further obligations to Executive and/or Executive’s heirs under this Agreement.
