Death, Total Disability, Resignation, and Termination by the Company for Cause. If the Triggering Event was Employee’s Death, Total Disability (defined below), Resignation, or a Termination by the Company for Cause (defined below), then Employee shall be entitled to receive Employee’s Annual Base Compensation and accrued but unused vacation time through the date of the Triggering Event, and to continue to participate in the Company’s employee welfare plans and programs (including, without limitations, health insurance plans) through the date of the Triggering Event and, thereafter, only to the extent permitted under the terms of such plans and programs.
