DEBARMENT AND SUSPENSION REQUIREMENTS. The non-Federal entity must comply with the provisions in 2 CFR Part 180 OMB Guidelines to Agencies on Government Debarment and Suspension (Non-procurement) and 2 CFR Part 1200 DOT Non-procurement Suspension and Debarment. These provisions restrict Federal awards, subaward and contracts with certain parties that are debarred, suspended or otherwise excluded from or ineligible for participation in Federal programs or activities.
