Debarment Certification and Warranty. The Recipient of Funds acknowledges that KDHE is required to verify that the Recipient of Funds has not been suspended, debarred or otherwise excluded from receiving federal funds. Verification may be accomplished by 1) checking the Excluded Parties List System (EPLS) maintained by the General Services Administration; 2) obtaining a certification from the entity; or 3) by adding a clause or condition to the transaction.
