Debarment, Suspension, and Other Responsibility Matters. Pursuant to 31 C.F.R. Part 19.335, neither the Allocatee nor any of its principals (as defined by 31 C.F.R. Part 19.995): (a) are presently excluded or disqualified from covered transactions by any Federal department or agency; (b) within the three-year period preceding the Allocation Date, have been convicted of or had a civil judgment rendered against them for any of the offenses listed in 31 C.F.R. Part 19.800(a); (c) are presently indicted for or otherwise criminally or civilly charged by a governmental entity (Federal, State or local) with commission of any of the offenses listed in 31 C.F.R. Part 19.800(a); or (d) within the three-year period preceding the Allocation Date, have had one or more public transactions (Federal, State, or local) terminated for cause or default.
