Common use of Debenture Holders Meetings Clause in Contracts

Debenture Holders Meetings. With respect to the general meetings of the Debenture Holders, they shall be convened and conducted in accordance with the provisions of clause 31 of the Deed of Trust which are included in this addendum by reference.
