Common use of Debentureholders' Lists Clause in Contracts

Debentureholders' Lists. The Company covenants and agrees that it will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee, semiannually, not more than 15 days after each April 15 and October 15 in each year beginning with October 15, 1986, and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, within thirty days after receipt by the Company of any such request, a list in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of the holders of Debentures as of the date not more than fifteen days prior to the time such information is furnished, except that no such list need be furnished so long as the Trustee is acting as Debenture registrar.
