Common use of Debit balances Clause in Contracts

Debit balances. You are not entitled to overdraw the Unallocated Account, and we shall not be obliged to carry out any instruction from you where to do so would in our opinion cause the Unallocated Account to have a negative balance. This Clause 9.4 does not apply in relation to any rounded quantity of Bullion that may be debited to your Unallocated Account in connection with rounding up your Allocated Account balance to record the nearest whole number of plates and/or ingots under the Allocated Account Agreement.
