The Debit Card Activation clause outlines the requirement and process for activating a debit card before it can be used for transactions. Debit Card Activation. Issuance of a Debit Card is subject to acceptance. Should your agreement be accepted, you will receive a Debit Card and PIN issued to you, alone. You cannot use the Debit Card until you have activated it by calling the toll free activation number provided to you. If you do not want to use the Debit Card, destroy it by cutting it in half immediately. We reserve the right not to issue a Debit Card and may terminate these privileges with or without cause or notice unless otherwise required by law.
