Debit Defaulting Owner’s Account. To collect any money that is owed by a Defaulting Person, the Association can debit Proceeds held by the Association on behalf of the Defaulting Person. The Association cannot take any funds in the Capital Reserve Account. The Defaulting Person must restore any Funds that are taken.
