Debit Order date. The Tenant expressly agrees that debit order payments will only be processed on the first Business Day of the month. The Tenant further undertakes to ensure sufficient funds are available for the monthly debit order and should the debit order be returned unpaid or disputed an administrative fee of R150.00 will be payable for each unpaid or disputed debit order.
