Common use of Debris Removal and Cost of Control Clause in Contracts

Debris Removal and Cost of Control. Operator shall at all times be responsible for and hold harmless and indemnify Contractor for the cost of removal of debris (including Contractor’s Items) to the extent that proceeds from Contractor’s insurance as made available to Contractor do not compensate Contractor therefor. Operator shall at all times be responsible for and hold harmless and indemnify Contractor for the cost of regaining control of any wild well.
