Common use of Debt; Guarantees Clause in Contracts

Debt; Guarantees. The Company does not have any Debt except as set forth on Schedule 2.6.4. For each item of Debt, Schedule 2.6.4 correctly sets forth the debtor, the principal amount of the Debt, the creditor, the maturity date and the collateral, if any, securing the Debt.
