Common use of Debt of Clause in Contracts

Debt of. any Person that becomes a Subsidiary of the Borrower after the date hereof in accordance with the terms of Section 5.02(f) which Debt does not exceed $5,000,000 in the aggregate and is existing at the time such Person becomes a Subsidiary of the Borrower (other than Debt incurred solely in contemplation of such Person becoming a Subsidiary of the Borrower),

Debt of. any Person that becomes a Subsidiary of the Borrower or the Parent after the date hereof in accordance with the terms of Section 5.02(f) which Debt does not exceed $5,000,000 in the aggregate and is existing at the time such Person becomes a Subsidiary of the Borrower or the Parent (other than Debt incurred solely in contemplation of such Person becoming a Subsidiary of the BorrowerBorrower or the Parent),;

Debt of. any Person that becomes a Subsidiary of the a Borrower after the date hereof in accordance with the terms of Section 5.02(f5.02(e)(xii) or (xiii) and extensions, renewals or replacements of such Debt that do not increase the principal amount thereof, which Debt does not exceed $5,000,000 in the aggregate and is existing at the time such Person becomes a Subsidiary of the such Borrower (other than Debt incurred solely in contemplation of such Person becoming a Subsidiary of the such Borrower),; provided that there is no change in the direct or indirect obligors in respect of such Debt;
