Common use of Debt or back taxes owed to State of Texas Clause in Contracts

Debt or back taxes owed to State of Texas. In accordance with Section 403.055 of the Texas Government Code, MCO agrees that any payments due to MCO under the Contract will be first applied toward any debt and/or back taxes MCO owes State of Texas. MCO further agrees that payments will be so applied until such debts and back taxes are paid in full.
