Debt Service; Amortization Charges. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to limit in any way the Board’s authority to issue Bonds and/or use other funds for any Capital Expenditures; provided, however, the Board’s authority to include Debt Service on such Bonds and/or Amortization Charges on such other funds used in the calculation of Signatory rates and charges shall be subject to the provisions of this Article 7.
